IPOS Institute Partner serves as a collaborative platform connecting students, parents, and partner educational institutions (schools, colleges, and institutes). This document details our policies regarding user contact information, digital school fee payments, and data management.

Fee Payments & Transactions

2. School Fee Payment Processing

IPOS Institute Partner provides a digital facilitation feature allowing parents and students to conveniently pay institutional fees (such as monthly tuition fees, quarterly academic charges, examination fees, and annual dues) directly through the application.

Direct Institute Settlement: All fee transactions initiated inside the application are routed directly into the designated official bank accounts of the respective schools or educational institutes. Sofuware IT Services LLP does not operate as an intermediary holding account for student tuition funds.

Licensed Payment Gateways: Online fee transactions are processed via RBI-authorized payment aggregators and banking partners (such as UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards).
No Storage of Financial Credentials: We do not capture, process, or store sensitive banking credentials, credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on our servers. All financial data entry occurs on bank-grade encrypted payment interfaces.
Transaction Records: The application retains basic transaction status metadata (Receipt ID, Payment Timestamp, Amount Paid, Student Roll/Registration Number, and Payment Status) solely to generate automated digital receipts and reconcile student fee ledgers with the school administration.

3. Application Usage & Student Platform Policy

We believe in accessible education management:

Downloading and using the IPOS Institute Partner app is free of subscription charges for students.
The application does not charge students any extra platform convenience surcharges on regular app access.
All payments made through the application correspond strictly to official institute-mandated academic fees determined by the respective school or college.

To enable institutional administration, communication, and fee reconciliation, we collect the following basic information:

Student & Parent Information: Student Name, Parent/Guardian Name, Registered Mobile Number, Email Address, Class/Grade, Section, and Student ID/Roll Number.
Academic & Institution Details: Enrolled School/Institute Name, Course stream, and attendance/academic records shared by the institute.
Device & System Diagnostics: Basic device parameters (Device model, OS version, application crash logs) collected to ensure technical stability and prevent unauthorized logins.

5. How Contact Details & Student Data Are Shared

Because IPOS Institute Partner connects students directly with educational institutions, contact and academic details are shared with verified partner schools and institutes as follows:

All communications between the mobile application and our backend infrastructure are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

7. User Control & Data Retention

Parents and students have full rights to ensure their information is accurate:

Record Correction: Contact information can be updated through the institute's administrative portal or in coordination with the school administration.
Account & Data Inquiries: If you discontinue enrollment with a partner institute or wish to request data removal from active notification queues, you can email our support desk. Note that statutory financial transaction records must be retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws for school audits.
